Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

No, at the moment we only ship inside the EU. We are working on being able to ship worldwide with all our products eventually. So hang in there.

Why can't I buy?

Could be two reasons.

Either you are outside of Europe and we don't ship to your country yet. Or, the product is out of stock. We highly recommend you to sign up to our newsletter to be first to get notified when we release our product worldwide or when products are back in stock.

We handcraft these products ourselves, so they take some time to make. They are released in batches, that's why you have to be first. You could also follow us on our instagram @grankvistoutdoors for further updates.

Are you going to sell any other products?

Yes! We are working on doing other handmade goods at the moment! So keep a look out and sign up to our news letter.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
