Handmade Cutting Board - medium

The kitchen is the heart of your home, so when you have a plastic cutting board on display you are not giving off a solid image. Our cutting board doesn't just elevate your whole kitchen, it gives it a big talking piece because of the unique story behind it. This cutting board is handmade by Erik Grankvist in the log cabin that he built on his own at age 17, deep in the Swedish forest. The same values and passion is put into making these cutting boards. It is made from hard nordic oak making it unique in its properties, holding up to all the extreme abuse it could be put through but still keeping your knife sharp for much longer compared to other materials. This oak has grown extremely slowly in its environment making it withstand the harshest of conditions, perfect for your outdoor cookouts. Every cutting board is signed by hand with its own unique number, representing how every cutting board is unique.

This medium version is the most versatile of all our cutting boards. The juice groove makes it ideal for cutting meat but it can still be used for cutting upp all your vegetables. The size and weight makes it a sturdy piece in your kitchen but it can still easily be lifted with its integrated handles on the sides.

In the package you will also receive a free jar of our own homemade wax.

This wax is a long lasting nordic recipe that will make your cutting board shine like nothing else. The wax is made from 100% natural food safe ingredients. Swedish beeswax and mineral oil boiled down into a wax in the log cabin.
